Honer Homes develops large-scale, premium gated communities in Hyderabad. Their projects aspire to set new standards of excellence, innovation, and sustainability, reshaping the landscape of urban living with a focus on high-quality construction.

The Challenge

They approached us with a significant challenge—their offerings are incredibly detailed, with each project featuring dozens of floor plans, vast location data, and many amenities. The core task was to design a website that could house this immense volume of information without overwhelming the potential homebuyer.

Our Approach

We started by putting ourselves in the shoes of a modern homebuyer. It quickly became clear that people want the big picture first. "Where is it?" and "How big is it?" before they're ready to dig into the nitty-gritty of individual floor plans or amenity lists.
This led us to the core solution in our wireframe: a clean, tabbed layout for each project page. Instead of one long, intimidating scroll, we broke the information down into digestible chunks: configuration, status, budget, type, and location. This small change has a huge impact, allowing visitors to navigate directly to what matters most to them and explore at their own pace.

Bringing the Vision to Life

With a strong structure in place, we then developed a visual identity.
Vertical color stripes with hex codes: coral red #EF565F, off-white #FEFFFA, light blue #E2ECF8, medium blue #589BFE, and dark navy #1D3159.
The colour palette uses blue as its base, while a red accent is used for key buttons and calls-to-action to guide the user’s eye.
For typography, we chose Rhymes Text and TWK Lausanne, both modern and highly legible fonts.
To bring warmth and personality to the data-rich pages, we also created a set of custom illustrations that visually communicate the brand’s core values of community and quality living.

Enriching the User Experience

We paired this with a dual-level navigation structure—one for the overall site and another within each project—to ensure visitors could move logically from a broad overview to specific details without ever feeling lost.
To truly elevate the user experience, we focused on practical and thoughtful design details. A key innovation was the powerful multi-filter system for floor plans, allowing homebuyers to combine criteria like budget, size, and layout to instantly find options that fit their exact needs.

Custom Backend Engineering

Beyond the visual design, we engineered a robust backend to meet specific business needs. We built a custom lead capture system that sends form submissions directly to their internal sales endpoint, ensuring a seamless flow of information to their team.

To make this data even more powerful, we implemented end-to-end user tracking, enriching each lead with its original ad source and on-site journey.

Finally, to ensure the high-resolution imagery didn't slow the site down or inflate costs, we implemented a custom Content Delivery Network (CDN), which significantly improved load speeds while providing a more cost-effective hosting solution for the client.

Cross Browser, Responsiveness & Optimisations

We made sure the site works the way it should—everywhere. From Chrome to Safari, desktop to mobile, layouts adjust cleanly and interactions stay consistent.

The Result

The finished website successfully organises a vast amount of detail into an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Fully responsive, we designed it to work perfectly whether a visitor is browsing on their phone, tablet, or computer. This allows potential buyers to easily find the specific answers they’re looking for, turning a potentially overwhelming research process into a genuinely helpful one.
